Dont know how much you want to spend but I reccomend Bridestone Blizzak DM z3 or DM z2

I had these tires on my evo and they were amazing in the snow and ice

I would also like to buy 4 winter tires for my endeavor but not sure if i am going to yet, this will be my first winter with the endeavor....

anyone know how the stock tires work in the snow???

I agree with the Blizzak tires. They are great but would wear down quick if not changed out in the spring.

As for the stock tires it is all a matter of what your comparing them to. I had a Jeep Cherokee (not a Grand Cherokee) with 235x75R15 Dueller Revo's which I traded in for the Endeavor. Those tires had a little over one year on them. Well a week after I got the Endeavor it snowed a little (4" I think). I was at a stop sign and it took off fine but felt strange. The revo's would dig in and make the vehicle drop in the snow to hit the ground. These tires just spun and got me going. That said I would say they aren't near as good as the revo's. If you keep it on the street they will be fine. However on ice or hard packed snow you need to push your way through they wouldn't be that great. Unfortunately the revos don't come in the stock size at this time. As a result I am not sure what I will put on the Endeavor for winter.

I've had my Ende for a year now, It did pretty good on the snow and ice in Utah, but I agree with getting some good winter tires. I've got just over 20k on my stock tires and they are about ready for new ones, they are not getting the advertised wear and have had some dry rotting issues. My dealer would not warrnty the tires after 10k, and commented that the factory bridgestones seem to dry rot commonly... have any of you had that problem? (small cracks from the outter edges of the tread running inward). I hope that it was just something to due with the weather in Utah I haven't noticed it getting any worse since I got to Germany in March. If you want to know about accesories check out the Mods, Accesories & Upgrades thread, follow the link to my car domain site and leave a post in my guest book with what your interested in and I will research it and get you the results.
