Has any one ever had to the locate the fuel gauge wiring behind the dash for any reason?

I have been running WVO in the back tank of my 1990 P35 to a engine mounted converter. I have no problems except the two tanks each has a fuel float that work as one; but the tanks are not connected in fuel and vent lines now. I have noticed that not all P35's have twin tanks, and for that reason I have not been able to find wiring information concerning fuel gauges. I have the Delica service manuals that include wiring diagrams, and have downloaded the wiring diagram off delicaclub.com; but they do not help.

I have installed a switch that allows me to switch between diesel and WVO, and would like to have the fuel gauge read the level of only tank that is being used. Currently, full in diesel and half WVO shows a little less then 3/4 full. I have located the wiring harness to the gauge, but can not locate the fuel gauge wires.

Thank You :liebe011:
