4D68 Timing Belt Tensioner Pulley

Hi everyone. This happened to me on a weekend when I was about to drive my RVR. Started the car, then it shut off instantly. Tried to start it, however, there was no compression. So I figured it was the timing belt and the valves weren't closing as it is supposed to be. So I took out the timing cover (upper and lower) then I found out that it was stripped off in the crankshaft sprocket. So that was the cause for my no compression. Anyway, I've read the service manual for the engine, then it came to me, how do i tighten the timing belt tensioner pulley to loosen the TB? I cant seem to see any bolt. Any ideas anyone?

Attached is a sample TB tensioner pulley for reference.

Thanks in advance.
