Changing the interior mirror

I wonder if anyone knows how the interrior mirror is being replaced.
The type of mirror is as shown in the pictures.
It looks like it does not have any mechanism for fixing to the bracket glued to the glass.
I do not know how to remove the mirror and replace it with a new one.
It is a Colt year 2008, the model Z34A.

thanks for the reply

The base is heald onto the windshield with 2 sided tape and that clicks onto it.

Hello,

Thanks for the reply.
About that:

I am interested in the fact that on this video, the procedure for removing and installing the mirror is as if it were for my vehicle?
And if it's true that this is so easy?
Thank you.

Yes just a clip locking it to the base. The clip design might be different for your vehicle though.

Hello,

Thanks for the reply.
I should probably need some tools for that.

Have you some information on what this looks like (tool) in this case? If I know what it looks like, I'll make it myself.

In the found workshops, I did not find this for my mirror.

I added a photo where the attachment base is visible.

Thank you.

Hello,

I successfully replaced the mirror (without any tools !).

There is a mount glued to the window as you said. It (mirror) simply slides down onto it and clicks lightly into place, and vice versa for removal.
It's really easy as you said. I changed the mirror without any problem.
(I hope this will help someone else!)

Thank you.
