A/c warmer on passenger side

My dad has a 2009 es lancer sedan and has been a good car overall. Now it's doing this for a while. Drivers side blows cold air and the passenger side is warmer, specially the center right vent. On various searching i've done it suggest blend door actuator. I can't seem to find exactly how to replace them on this car. Most I found was a parts diagram. Has anyone dealt with this and fixed it?
