I've finnally done it.
In fact you need to unclip the plastic surrounding the gear stick, then put your finger behind the plastic to unlock the upper part. At last you can access to the 4 screws that hold the radio.
Any way if some body needs to clean the lens of the radio only, no need to remove all. Just remove the box above the radio. then there's only one screw to remove on the top of the radio to be able to access to the lens.
