So every once in a while I get lucky with my 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer oz rally and can start it with just holding in the clutch but 9.5/10 times I have to get the break and clutch in this perfect sync and turn the key perfect timing for it to start some friends think it could be electrical but I honestly have no clue Please help!!

You have a clutch pedal switch that is out of adjustement. In the 15 years I have owned my Lancer I have had it adjusted twice.

There is a neutral safety switch on the clutch pedal arm. Ensure it is moving when you push the pedal down. It may be that the switch is just sticking or not adjusted correctly.
