Hi, to all of you. I have a 2008 Evolution with 2.0L Turbo engine and manual tranny. When I hit the accelerator pedal to the floor, when changing lanes and going fast, when shifting gears, I notice a clutch slipping for 2-3 seconds because engine revs high like if it doesn't engage. After those second it engages. On normal driving it doesn't do that. What does this means that clutch is beginning to fail? Does it has any adjustment, slave failing, what might be wrong? What clutch do you recommend me for occassional street racing? Thanks for your comments.

It's most likely your clutch. What little adjustments their are adjust more of your disengage than engage, if that makes and sense. Unless you have over 60,000 miles on it, you should be able to get it replaced under warranty. Unless you have a bunch of obvious modifications on it...
