Hi All!

I just purchased a used 2016 Outlander PHEV (GX4H). Its a thing of beauty.

However, I'm having a lot of trouble trying to connect the remote app. I receive the error message in the photo attached. It looks as though the password on the card that came with the car is wrong?

I have followed the instructions to try and reset the WiFi but it does not appear to work.

Any help would be appreciated. Pre-heating in these winter months is essential:-/
