Faulty dashboard display

In January this year, I purchased a 2020 Mitsubishi ASX with just 9500 miles on the clock. It was delivered to my house and I purchased it online. Unfortunately, the satnav nor any touchscreen controls work. The dealer arranged for me to go to a Mitsubishi {formerly] dealer. They diagnosed a faulty screen and a replacement was ordered. Apparently, this is the manufacturer's fault. I am told that the screens come from Belgium and now they say Ukraine and Russia.I feel as if I am being fobbed off.
Does anyone else have this same useless display problem?

Yes , I have a similar fault. I too am waiting for a replacement, however from what my local dealer informs me , the fault is more deeply rooted than the screen ( the screen is just where the fault manifests itself). It hardly seems likely that the parts will be coming from Russia since the Russians as a nation are particularly weak when it comes to electronics. Mitsubishi, however is an international electronics giant so despite the parts possibly coming from Ukraine ( something I also doubt) I am certain that Mitsubishi board dont throw their hands up in the air and exclaim the Japanese version of "c'est la vie" when one of their many suppliers gets into a war zone. The parts sure are on a long delivery but my dealer assures me that the current demand is far higher than supply which accounts for long delivery times. I would hazard a guess that current models also use the same equipment supplier. ( although Mitsubishi dont currently sell in UK , they are still trading in countries which are a bit less finicky as regards import hoops to jump through IE USA.)

There is a current shortage of what they call the SDA2 worldwide. Here in Australia there are 1500 units on back order. So be patient
