Graveyard Motorsports Scam Artists

Has anyone else had any problems with graveyard motorsports? I tried to order a rear axle for my 95 gsx and after 6 months of lies telling me that they should arrive soon, they got the order messed up, and now that they aren't going to get any made. They then told me that they were going to refund me by cashiers check and mail it with tracking. That was a couple weeks ago and still no refund. If anyone else has been screwed by them please let me know if you learned anything that can help me get my refund. If you need parts do not order through these guys. They are out of Kalamazoo Mi.
