Good morning,

Family car makes this noise which starts at :09 seconds. The noise stops at :33 seconds. Very embarrassing.
Car recently turns off by itself at 1:05 during this cold-start in a garage never has done that before. Turns on again no problem and idled for 15 minutes without turning off by itself. Can someone point me in the right direction instead of throwing parts at the engine?

I have recently done the following to this car:

1. Oil Change 1 year ago
2. New Headlight Bulbs last week
3. Cleaned up interior blower motor and rust proofed it 3 months ago
4. Brake pads/rotors and tires all four corners 6 months ago
5. Replaced the starter 1 year ago

The noise could be from the drive belt(s).

Your problem might be more involved, but try this fix first:

Belt Dressing or Belt Grip

It has been my experience that the idler pully sometimes is the source of this. The sealed bearing in the idler may be beginning to fail. ...J.D.

It was the Belt Drive Idler Pulley!

Part Number that I used was: DAYCO 89137 (Part of a wholesale closeout fix was just $8.94 )
