hello all,


does anyone have a clue, how can you make the ecu talk to cheap bluetooth obd2 adapters ?
strangly, on newer cars, seat ibiza 2009, works on a fly...carisma connects to bluetooth, but doesn't connect to it's ecu


any suggestions ?

After a lot of research I have found out that the carisma is NOT OBDII compatible, the only alternative is to short pins 1 and 4 to get engine codes, or go to a dealer to get it read.

So where is the codes displayed if you short 1-4 ?
