Mitsubishi has just released some exciting video of its new EVO X SE (Special Edition) model, that combines many of the great MR trim equipment with the more affordable price of the GSR model.

The SE model, like all EVOs, is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder and comes equipped with the MR's advanced Twin-Clutch Sportronic Shift Transmission. Also included are the MR's two-piece Brembo brake rotors, Bilstein shocks and Eibach springs, not to mention a rear lip spoiler. Inside there are heated cloth Recaro seats.

Official pricing has yet to be released, but the EVO SE is tipped to start at just under $36,000, which is about $2,000 more than the five-speed manual GSR and about $3,000 less than the current MR model.
