Hi, I own a diesel ASX and I am having problem with fuel regulator valve (at least that is the error indicated by a computer). When rpm drops to the minimum, ASC is switched off with an indication that a service is required. I replaced the fuel filter and found some dirt inside. Is there a fuel regulator valve to blame (as indicated by a computer) or there are other possible causes? Thank you.

When you look up ODBII codes there is more to it that just replace a sensor etc most of the time. You also need to check all of the wiring that connects to the part etc.
