Would like to get new plugs for my 2004 3.8 but I just can't seem to find them on the engine. I search on the web but can't find any pics/instructions to change them.

I was quoted around $300 by a local well-established garage but I really don't want to pay that!
Thought I could do it myself. Is it a reall JOB to do it?

Does anyone recommend any high performance plug that works great on the 3.8?

Thanks for any assistance you guys might offer!javascript:emoticon(':460:')

use ONLY the factory plugs. do NOT use marketing garbage like "splitfire" plugs, and definatly dont use anything from bosche.
they're charging 300 bucks because the plenum needs to be removed to access the rear plugs, and it is time consuming.

Its time consuming and I recommend getting a new plenum gasket.

Just make sure you stuff the holes with rags so you don't drop anything down into the motor. If you do it your self you'll see what I mean.
