No new parts were working. So I then decided to test the resistance on the 2 coils. Primary was good. But secondary was low. It is supposed to be 9.4-12.8k-ohms but it was 8.6 k-ohms. Bad coil so new distrubutor? It says in Haynes replace the distributor if it doesnt fall in the specified range. It doesnt say anything else so its kinda hard to believe this will cure my issue but i will try it out. Any info is appreciated. Just a P0300. Also i saw an oil drip at the bottom of the distributor so would that be the valve cover underneath the intake manifold? I have already bought the valve cover gaskets so i will be doing them as well.

I have read similar situations where the user claimed the camshaft sensor fixed their rough idle and the camshaft sensor for this model and engine is a part in the distributor.
