Considering buying an Outlander first generation turbo petrol (201 hp).
It seems that, among testers and users, there is quite a lot of agreement that the throttle response and power/torque at low revs are rather poor at these cars. I wish good torque from the bottom.
I know it is possible to tune this out, but it is apparently not possible to get approved by the road authorities in my country.
Are there other ways to get better response and torque at lower revs on these cars? Is smaller turbo an alternative?
