Hi,

I was about to change the oxygen sensor on my 1,8l Carisma -97 when I realized I had bought the wrong sensor since the connectors didnt match :/
The one I bought is for the GDI-engine while my isnt.

So my question is simply if you think I still can use the one I bought if I cut the cable and use the old connector?

The sensor I bought (its for the 16V GDI (DA2A) engine)

Ive noticed there are like universal sensors you can buy that work with different cars, the only thing important seems to be the number of cables...
