I have had the water seperator warnign light pop up on my screen on my 2010 outlander can anyone shed light where it is. I have found the pressure screw ontop of the fuel filter where as water is meant to come out the bottom but nothing came out. Im wondering if it could be located anywhere else

Water is heavier than diesel, so the collection point is low down, normally at the bottom of the filter

I have replaced the whole filter, but still the light flashes up is there a way to reset the system
