Did you do as I suggested?
Pull each relay out individually to try to find out what components stopped working?
That is quite easy to do, without risk of breaking anything.
That will not solve your "Check Engine Light" situation, but will answer your original question.
I don't believe unknown relays and a non-functioning CEL are related.

Can anyone please help me with this .
When I turn ignition on all i get is the fuel in water light showing and the glow plug light which goes off has normal.
I have no oil warning light showing or check engine light showing.
I have checked all bulbs in the clocks and all of them work.

I have looked in the footwells in the passenger side there's only the grey box that's the airbag or glow plugs module.
In the drivers side there's only the fuse box and has we talked last week with them relays above the fuse box .
In the centre I have the dash cover off and can see below the heater controls its the radio then a drinks holder then the ash tray .
