Safe jack points/axle stands?

Any suggestions for safe points for a trolley jack and jack stands at the rear of a third gen? I need to get the whole rear end up at once, and my trolley jack's lifting face isn't suitable to lift at the points where the factory scissor jack goes.

The safe lift point at the rear is under the spare wheel well.

Once you get your hand in far enough you will feel it.

It is not in the middle, but towards the front of the wheel well.

Of course, put a block of wood/rubber between the jack head and the lift point.

The safe place for stands at the rear is "inside" of the notches where the scissors jack would fit.

See the Round area that I have highlighted in the final image.

See attached images from the "General" section of the official Mitsubishi workshop manual.

Here is the spare wheel jack point on an AWD version(not mine).

Hoist point suitable for axle stand placement also shown.

This is an image(not very good) I took under my car a number of years ago(2015) showing suitable axle stand point at the rear.

At the time, just after purchase, I was asking the same question that you asked.

Note wheel/tyre location.
